Sorry I don’t have any pictures of her standing up.

diy2

You will need: 4 markers or new pencils (I recommend pencils), a LOT of tape, and four sheets of paper.

diy3

First, fold part of your paper like so. Sorry about my knees. It was holding paper so I could take the picture.

diy4

Flip the paper over and fold again. Repeat until there is no paper left. It should be a paper fan.

diy5

It should look like this.

diy6

Tape it at the ends.

diy7

Make one more and tape together.

diy8

Measure around your doll and trim a little bit. Leave some room though. Tape so it looks like a hoop.

diy9

Tape a marker/pencil.

diy10

Tape another one more at the opposite end.

diy11

Tape on at the other end.

diy12

Tape one more.

diy13

Make another paper thingy, but this time don’t trim.

diy14

Tape the bottom of the marker/pencil to the bigger hoop. Tape the smaller hoop to your doll. The tighter the better.

diy15

All done! Sorry the picture is blurry.

IF YOU ARE MAKING THIS CRAFT READ THIS!

I placed the markers the wrong way, lid up! The cap came off and came all over Felicity! So if you use the markers, do them lid down and duct tape it closed! Don’t worry, I got it off with dawn dish soap and something called biz.
