Roanoke, Part 4

~Told in Eve’s point of view~

The next thing I knew, I was laying down in prison with invisible bars.

I woke up. I felt around. Ouch! The bars were just outside the strange light.

Spring dashed into the room.

“You were right! Mom does want too… kill you,” she said with a tear. “Is there anything I can do? Do you need food?”

“I need a plain sheet of paper… and then some food,” I said.

Spring rushed back into the room.

“What do you want me to write?” She asked.

“I got it,” I told her.

I closed my eyes and concentrated on what I wanted to write.

“Help! Captured at Roxanne’s house. Need help. -Eve.”

Okay, so it could have been better. I sent it to Mia’s house. “Please let her get it,” I prayed.
